Kathy Email Assistant

Email support for accounting work.

Kathy Email Assistant is a privately operated desktop connector used by Kathy Cobb to work with authorized Gmail accounts through Claude Code. It helps turn related emails into accounting tasks and keep the source messages organized.

What it does

Searches and reads email messages, conversations, labels, and attachments.
Downloads invoice PDFs and other attachments for review.
Provides email information to Claude for the existing Notion work-object workflow.
Marks relevant messages read and applies existing labels according to the authorized workflow.
Prepares forwards of existing emails, including attachments, for Kathy to review and approve individually before sending.

How access works

Each mailbox owner authorizes Google access separately. The connector runs on Kathy’s Mac. This information website does not provide mailbox access or a public sign-in service.

Google’s Gmail permission includes broader capabilities than the connector exposes. The connector provides no tools to compose new emails, create reply drafts, permanently delete messages, or change mailbox-sharing settings.
